Duration: April 6, 2026 – August 7, 2026
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to provide temporary Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage for our Commercial Escrow Department. This role supports escrow closings through strong customer service and administrative expertise. While the core responsibilities are similar to residential escrow, this position focuses on larger, more complex commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and administrative support throughout the escrow closing process
Assist in clearing title and preparing escrow files for closing
Prepare documents for a variety of residential transactions, including wraps, assignments, and mobile homes
Create and review simple closing statements
Support business development and client relationship efforts within the Escrow Office
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings
May provide work direction to escrow support staff as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant
Proficiency with more complex residential escrow transactions
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
