Key Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution.

• Draft and submit demand packages to insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Identify cases that should be escalated to litigation and collaborate with litigation attorneys during transition.
