Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team at the Collegeville, PA campus. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role where you will oversee and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing leads, conducting tours, building relationships with prospective residents and their families, fostering partnerships with referral sources, and leading business development initiatives. Additional duties include mentoring and leading a sales team, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining a superior level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a strong ability to close deals and meet ambitious targets.
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with prospective residents, families, and partners.
- Experience in Team Management to train, lead, and motivate internal sales teams toward achieving collective objectives.
- Proficiency in Business Development to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and execute impactful initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with senior living or healthcare industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a people-focused, on-site environment in Collegeville, PA.
