The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Dishwasher!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash and debris, etc.
- Uphold the kitchen cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces.
- Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations. Immediately, report any concerns with the manager.
- Uphold the FIFO (First In, First Out) process to include all products are appropriately dated.
- Uphold the refrigerator food storage safety measures to include product placement and temperature logs.
- Report inventory and product needs to the manager
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
- All other assigned duties.
