Credentialing Technician - Remote

The Credentialing Technician is responsible for providing services for and improving the quality and productivity of the Credentialing Department. The work focuses on technical and analytical support and/or the organization and coordination of one or more functional area support activities; analysis of service, production and/or program outcomes against policies, standards and objectives; and the development of training and documentation for process and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years - Experience in health insurance, health care field and/or customer service.
  • Experience as lead or team member on a project team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in health plan business or credentialing.
  • Experience in a business environment.
  • Experience in database management and spreadsheets.

Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $20.92, Max: $32.00

Oregon: Portland Service Area: $22.44, Max: $34.33

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78

Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: $22.44, Max: $34.33

Washington: Tukwila: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78

Washington: Eastern: Min: $19.97, Max: $30.54

Washington: South Eastern: Min: $20.92, Max: $32.00
