📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Scheduler, you will:

• Coordinate and schedule visits for our healthcare staff, with a primary focus on weekend scheduling.
• Ensure timeliness, compliance, and efficient coverage to meet patients' needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and staff to confirm schedules and address any updates or changes.
• Manage last-minute scheduling changes with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records using scheduling software and adhere to compliance standards.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has Scheduling Expertise: Prior experience in scheduling or medical administration preferred (experience in home health is a bonus!).
• Is Comfortable With Weekend Hours: Availability to work weekends & holidays is required. The 3rd day will be during the week as determined by needs of the county.,
• Commits to Training: Ability to participate in a two-week hands-on training program to familiarize yourself with our processes and systems.
• Is Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using scheduling software and computer systems.
• Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manages multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented and organized.
• Communicates Effectively: Professional, clear, and courteous communication with patients, families, and team members.
• Works Well in a Team: Enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

✨ Position Details

• Location: Mission Viejo, CA (with possible remote work flexibility after the training period, based on experience).
• Schedule: Part-time hours, weekend & holiday availability required.
• Training Commitment: Completion of a two-week training program (schedule to be coordinated during onboarding).
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (to be discussed in the interview).
• Start Date: Immediate.
