📋 Job Responsibilities
As a Scheduler, you will:
- Coordinate and schedule visits for our healthcare staff, with a primary focus on weekend scheduling.
- Ensure timeliness, compliance, and efficient coverage to meet patients' needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and staff to confirm schedules and address any updates or changes.
- Manage last-minute scheduling changes with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records using scheduling software and adhere to compliance standards.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has Scheduling Expertise: Prior experience in scheduling or medical administration preferred (experience in home health is a bonus!).
- Is Comfortable With Weekend Hours: Availability to work weekends & holidays is required. The 3rd day will be during the week as determined by needs of the county.,
- Commits to Training: Ability to participate in a two-week hands-on training program to familiarize yourself with our processes and systems.
- Is Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using scheduling software and computer systems.
- Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manages multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented and organized.
- Communicates Effectively: Professional, clear, and courteous communication with patients, families, and team members.
