Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
- Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
- Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
- Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
