Our team is growing:
Provide’s Sales team is looking for a bold, compassionate, and focused Regional Director of Practice Finance to serve as a trusted partner to healthcare providers pursuing practice ownership. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with customers to help them achieve their ownership and financial goals, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions, and driving revenue growth by providing tailored financial products and services to customers.
As a Provide and Fifth Third Bank team member, you will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. You will be accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the risk appetites of Provide and Fifth Third Bank, you will be expected to achieve results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
A day in the life:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including referral sources, existing customers, and centers of influence
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze, evaluate, and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each prospective and existing customer
- Attend community and/or industry-specific events to broaden relationship networks and referral sources, and deepen knowledge of trends, practices, services, and the competitive landscape
- Effectively retain and grow long-term profitable “lead” customer relationships
- Plan and conduct relationship strategy and review meetings with internal partners
- Connect customers with internal partners, including the Credit team and other product specialists, to ensure a seamless experience
- Conduct thorough pre-call planning, apply the One Bank Consultative Sales Approach, and ensure timely post-call follow-up
- Partner with internal stakeholders on credit requests and adhere to established portfolio management guidelines
- Continuously monitor customer financial performance, business conditions, and industry trends to ensure credit exposure remains within acceptable risk levels and is appropriately priced
Our newest teammate will have:
- At least five (5) years of sales experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong business acumen in financial analysis, statement review, and basic accounting principles
- Ability to evaluate customer needs and profitability drivers, delivering financial products and services that optimize both business and personal growth
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, with experience leading in-person negotiations and delivering group presentations
- Leadership influence that drives high-performing teams by championing the organization’s vision, core values, and value proposition
- Proven ability to work in a team-based sales environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Bonus points for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics
- Practice finance experience
- Formal basic credit training or equivalent credit risk experience
- Underwriting experience

Compensation for this position is largely incentive-based. Incentive compensation is combined with either a base salary or a draw to determine total cash compensation, and incentive compensation is based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
