Overview
Incumbent will lead the Quality Department and manage staff to organize and implement quality work plans in a multi-clinic primary care organization.
Qualifications:
- BSN or related business degree
- Experience with quality programs and managing a team
- Experience with Medicare Advantage plans to include HEDIS, STARS, Pay for Performance programs
- Experience with clinical metrics collection and reporting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
