Who you are:
- 10 years of hands-on embedded C/C development across Linux and/or RTOS environments.
- Proven technical leader who still enjoys coding, debugging, integration, and solving complex problems.
- Strong background in C-V2X, LTE/5G, vehicle connectivity, wireless systems, or connected vehicle platforms.
- Confident communicator who can lead customer discussions and work seamlessly with global engineering teams.
- Take technical ownership of a high-profile connected vehicle program for a major Bay Area customer.
- Serve as the key technical bridge between the customer and Sigma’s engineering team in Lund, Sweden.
- Stay hands-on across development, vehicle integration, debugging, validation, and production delivery.
- Drive requirements and execution across C-V2X, connectivity, security, ADAS interfaces, and cloud/backend integration.
- Build something that matters — help shape the technology foundation supporting 20 operating companies and continued nationwide growth.
- Get real executive visibility — work directly with senior leadership on high-impact enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Make an impact at scale — your work will support operations serving 100,000 clients and 130,000 caregivers across all 50 states.
