Valuation Analyst (Dallas, TX):

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive research on various securities, including market multiples, credit spreads, and industry trends.
• Document and gather crucial data from client interactions to support valuation processes.
• Develop and refine financial models for a range of valuations, including discounted cash flow and market transactions.
• Perform in-depth valuation analyses across various industries using qualitative and proprietary quantitative methods.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations based on your analyses.
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or valuation firm
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• Progress towards CFA designation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to time-sensitive projects.

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role base bonuses is $85k-$105k per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
