What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive research on various securities, including market multiples, credit spreads, and industry trends.
- Document and gather crucial data from client interactions to support valuation processes.
- Develop and refine financial models for a range of valuations, including discounted cash flow and market transactions.
- Perform in-depth valuation analyses across various industries using qualitative and proprietary quantitative methods.
- Prepare detailed client reports and presentations based on your analyses.
- 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or valuation firm
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- Progress towards CFA designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to time-sensitive projects.

- The expected range for this role base bonuses is $85k-$105k per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
