Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands on experience with AP, AR, and journal entries in a small or growing environment
- Comfortable working fully onsite and adapting quickly in a startup style setting
- Handle day-to-day AP and AR, including invoicing, cash application, and vendor payments using Bill.com
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, accruals)
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting documentation in NetSuite
- Opportunity to work closely with a newly hired VP of Finance during a high impact backfill
- Exposure to startup biotech operations and investor backed financial discipline
- Potential for this role to serve as a bridge or temp-to-hire solution
