Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in finance within medical device or medical technology industries preferred
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience supporting commercial, service, or operations teams in a complex or regulated environment
- Partner with Service Marketing and Service Engineering leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Translate business strategies into financial scenarios, investment trade-offs, and actionable plans
- Lead pricing strategy, deal modeling, and performance analysis to support revenue growth and margin expansion
- Develop reporting and insights to track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and drive decision-making
