Who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of GAAP
- Hands-on, collaborative, and eager to help build processes in a growing organization
- Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Partner with project accounting teams to align corporate and project financials
- Support audits, ensuring accurate and audit-ready documentation
- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and budgeting/forecasting efforts
- High visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong culture and core values
