Who you are:
- 2 years of program or project management experience within the aerospace or defense industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or 8 years of progressive aerospace leadership experience in lieu of a degree)
- Strong understanding of technical execution, financial management, and customer-driven program delivery
- Comfortable owning P&L responsibility and leading cross-functional teams
- Lead the full lifecycle of aerospace and defense programs from kickoff through delivery
- Develop and manage program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
- Own financial performance, including P&L accountability and ROI analysis
- Serve as the primary customer interface while partnering with Business Development to grow new and existing programs
