Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in Program Control, Program Finance, Cost/Schedule Analysis, or related discipline
- Strong command of Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate at Complete (EAC), and financial/schedule performance metrics
- Proficient in MS Project and experienced supporting DoD or government contracting environments
- Confident communicator who can partner closely with Program Managers, engineering teams, and leadership
- Highly analytical with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable owning risk, schedule, and cost processes in a dynamic program environment
- Establish schedule and cost baselines in partnership with the Program Manager
- Status program schedules and performance monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Update program EACs and financial forecasts on a recurring basis
- Review and approve procurement requests, labor reports, and financial obligations
- Maintain and update program Risk Registers and implement mitigation plans when needed
- Provide actionable insights through EVM analysis, schedule reviews, and financial reporting
- Present program financials, schedule updates, and performance metrics during monthly leadership reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, finance, contracts, and program teams to drive program success
- Impact: Lead the financial and scheduling operations behind mission-critical government programs shaping global communications and national defense
- Visibility: Co-own program performance with Program Managers and present directly to senior leadership

- The expected range for this role is $150-175K, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
