Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of software engineering experience, including security engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4 years of programming experience in C/C
- Prior contributions to open-source projects (e.g., Linux Kernel) and maintaining/upstreaming code
- Strong debugging skills and hands-on experience with ARM-based platforms and device driver development for servers (e.g., Ampere).
- Proficiency in performance management tools, Linux Kernel internals, and data center SOC methodologies
- Design, develop, and optimize software solutions for data center platforms.
- Enhance Linux Kernel features, including virtualization (KVM), scheduler, and memory management.
- Drive security architecture and perform advanced vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Contribute to upstream open-source projects and lead improvements in ARM-based system software.
- Shape the future of open-source software by collaborating with upstream communities and major distributions, driving meaningful change through transparent community-first engagement.
