- Monitor and Maintain Systems: Track system performance, document issues, and recommend improvements and maintenance actions.
- Manage Incidents: Coordinate incident response, update tickets, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
- Support Shift Operations: Perform maintenance, manage password resets, and ensure thorough shift handoffs and recordkeeping.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or completion of a related technical education program
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a computer and/or network operations environment.
