Who you are:
- 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business applications, including Sharepoint
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), including workflows, permissions, or data management
- 3 years of experience building solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, permissions, reporting, and data quality
- Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange, including governance and collaboration design
- Build automations, dashboards, and business solutions using Power Platform and Power BI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead or support IT projects, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
