Who you are:
- 7 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
- 4 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QAD) in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of GMP materials controls, lot traceability, inventory transactions, and ERP master data
- Experience with validation (CSV), UAT, audits, and quality systems within a QMS
- Lead ERP implementation, enhancements, and lifecycle management for materials and supply chain operations
- Own materials-related ERP processes including inventory, warehouse management, planning, and traceability
- Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, and accuracy metrics
- Drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and contract negotiations to optimize cost and reliability
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements; support audits, CAPAs, and validation activities
