Who You Are:
- 4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management
- 2 years managing vendor or partner relationships
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Develop and execute category strategies to maximize revenue and margins
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing and product availability
- Analyze performance data to guide pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to achieve business goals
- Forecast budgets and manage inventory planning for assigned categories
- Identify new brand opportunities and lead successful product launches
