Who you are:
- 3 years of relevant experience in system administration, configuration, and integration using tools like Atlassian, Alteryx, and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting (e.g., Python), and automation tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate, and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of user access management, role-based permissions, and application security.
- Ideally you have a Bachelor's Degree and certifications in Jira Administration, SQL, Power BI, or related tools
- Administer and configure Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) including workflows, permissions, and automation.
- Manage Alteryx Server workflows, user roles, and interface enhancements; collaborate on ETL pipeline optimization.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI; support data migration and governance.
- Support Power BI workspace access, dataset refreshes, and integration with other tools; assist with report governance and infrastructure updates.
