What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $28.00 per hour, $57K conversion. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support needs across the organization, handling tickets, in-person requests, and escalations with a warm, approachable, and service-first attitude
- Manage device imaging, asset tagging, hardware upgrades, and Windows updates — this is a hands-on role with real responsibility over the device lifecycle from day one
- Support conference room AV setups, Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), and Microsoft Copilot which has been rolled out across the entire organization
- Create documentation for recurring issues, participate in security awareness and phishing campaigns, and contribute to a growing, AI-forward IT environment where curiosity and initiative are recognized and rewarded
