Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
- Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and accrual/cash-basis accounting.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate financial insights effectively.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships, present to stakeholders, and explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain financial records, and support accurate client financial reporting packages.
- Analyze financial results, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and variances while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with operational leaders and management teams to explain financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support SOX compliance, internal controls, reporting processes, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
