Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience working with data systems, analytics tools, and cross-functional technical teams
- Strong SQL skills — comfortable extracting, validating, and manipulating large datasets
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms
- Understanding of ETL concepts and ability to support or lead ingestion workflows (Python familiarity is a plus)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative, low-ego teammate who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical groups
- Extract, validate, and transform large volumes of data from internal systems using SQL
- Develop and support dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools
- Support or lead end-to-end data ingestion and ETL projects, coordinating across multiple teams
- Troubleshoot data issues, ensure accuracy, and help maintain data pipelines and internal reporting infrastructure
- Work across analytics, operations, and system teams to ensure timely distribution of data
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and overall system efficiency
