Who You Are:
- 4 years of property or multi-line claims adjusting experience
- Organized, self-starter with strong relationship building skills
- Physically able to work in the field (no roof inspections)
- Adjust about 50 claims/year, mostly property
- Conduct about 70 safety inspections/year
- Verify coverages and negotiate fair settlements
- Improve risk management policies
- 35-hour work week, family-oriented culture
- PTO 17 paid holidays
