Who you are:
- 5 years of accounts payable experience, including leadership or ownership responsibilities
- Strong experience with AP systems and expense platforms
- Deep understanding of vendor compliance, 1099 reporting, and use tax processes
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Own the full Invoice-to-Pay cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment execution
- Lead AP operations while handling complex or high-risk transactions and escalations
- Oversee internal controls, vendor setup, and tax compliance
- Partner with Accounting and Procurement to support close, reporting, and process improvements
