Who You Are:
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR focus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in QuickBooks; Yardi experience is a plus
- Comfortable with handling high-value transactions
- Reliable and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward team collaboration
- Manage day-to-day AP/AR processes
- Download and organize reports from accounting systems
- Support client accounting processes (no month-end close or financial statement prep required)
- Work closely with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and AP team to ensure smooth operations
- $25–30/hr, depending on experience
- Fully onsite in Del Mar, CA (near the racetrack)
- Immediate start preferred
