Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Owners Representative - Workplace Solutions based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The role involves managing workplace-related projects, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, overseeing space planning and interior design processes, and supporting transition and change management efforts. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with clients’ objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in space planning, interior design, and furniture design procurement
- Strong change management, transition planning, and move coordination expertise
- Understanding of building restoration and surplus planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant design and project management software tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote collaboration
- Experience working with corporate or federal clients is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
