Job Summary:
CSR/Overflow Sales
This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports inbound sales during high call volume periods for a local pest control solutions company
We are looking for someone who is positive, confident discussing service options, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Pay: starting at $12.00/hour
Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
- Educate customers on service options and pricing
- Recommend appropriate pest control solutions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed services
- Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with technicians and team members
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and service agreements
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, team-focused mindset
- Dependable with strong attendance
