This role calls for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot on the fly, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs with minimal downtime
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards
- Work with conduit, wiring, motor controls, PLCs, and industrial control systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems at pump stations, including motor starters, VFDs, and control panels
- Wire and calibrate level sensors, flow meters, and pressure transducers
- Perform electrical maintenance on pump motors, including motor testing and megohm (insulation resistance) readings
- Troubleshoot and repair SCADA and telemetry equipment used for remote pump station monitoring
- Respond to emergency call-outs for pump station outages or equipment failures
- Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and industrial equipment
- Pump station or water/wastewater facility experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
