No experience? No problem — we're looking for a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and someone who shows up ready to work every day. Some hands-on or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead installers and technicians with HVAC installation and service tasks
- Help transport, organize, and set up tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and installation specifications
- Assist with ductwork installation, piping, and basic equipment setup
- Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
- Keep work areas clean and organized
