About The Role
As an SLP, you'll deliver individualized speech and language services to children in home, school, and community settings. You'll play a key role in helping children improve communication, feeding, and social interaction skills in a developmentally meaningful and natural way.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations using evidence-based tools
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct speech-language therapy across settings (home, school, clinic)
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and clinicians
- Monitor progress, adjust goals as needed, and document outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and play-based therapeutic environment
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois
- Open to new graduates who hold a full license/CCC
- Experience with neurodivergent populations is a plus
- Comfort with community-based, natural environment therapy models
- Tech-savvy and familiar with clinical documentation platforms
