Position Summary

The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while working closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy based on students' IEPs.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
- Provide guidance and communication strategies to school staff and families.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school regulations.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP License.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
