- Perform geochemical analysis and characterization of materials using advanced analytical techniques
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods
- Conduct sample preparation for metal and elemental analysis
- Perform chemical speciation studies and interpret results
- Support ore processing and experimental workflows
- Apply geochemical modeling and data analysis techniques
- Improve experimental throughput through automation and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results
- Advanced degree in Geochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Earth Sciences, or related field
- Relevant industry experience in laboratory or research environments
- Experience with analytical instrumentation such as ICP-OES, HPLC, GC, mass spectrometry, or similar
- Strong background in sample preparation and elemental analysis
- Experience with data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Familiarity with geochemical processes and environmental systems
- Knowledge of laboratory automation and workflow optimization is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
