Key Responsibilities
- Function as both RN First Assist and Circulator in the OR
- Assist surgeons during orthopedic and robotic procedures
- Maintain sterile surgical environment and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Handle pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care coordination
- Participate in on-call coverage for first assist responsibilities
- Support C-section procedures when needed
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams
- Active RN license
- RNFA certification/experience required
- Strong orthopedic surgical experience REQUIRED
- Robotic surgery experience REQUIRED
- Ability to perform both first assist and circulator duties
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- C-section experience preferred
- Must meet 75-mile radius rule
