Key Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification - required
- EPIC experience - mandatory (must be mentioned on submission)
- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Must complete 14-panel drug screening within 24 hours of offer
- Completion of Welle or CPI (Crisis Prevention) training required
- Agency must have NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License
- Experience with cardiopulmonary care across all age groups
- Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy and life support
- Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluations and respiratory care
- Provide life support and emergency respiratory interventions
- Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Administer treatments based on physician orders and protocols
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on respiratory care
- Operate in all hospital departments as needed
- Monitor and document patient progress using EPIC system
- Consistent 36 hours/week (3x12 night shifts)
