Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)

We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED) to deliver high-quality emergency care in a busy acute care hospital environment in Hudson, FL. This role requires strong assessment skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and manage patient conditions, while providing timely interventions and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department based on clinical protocols and physician orders
• Conduct continuous patient assessments and reassess after interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures accurately
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgency
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing Diploma or equivalent
• BLS (required within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS (required within 30 days of hire)
• PALS or ENPC (required within 6 months)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required within 6 months)
• TNCC (required within 1 year)
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $33.85 - $47.02
• Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hour
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
