Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper labeling
- Provide patient counseling and address medication-related questions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate medication records and patient profiles
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Assist with inventory management and medication safety protocols
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Evening shifts
- On call as needed
- Weekends as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Valid Colorado RPh license
- LTC experience preferred but not required
