Our team is energetic, pet-loving, and customer-service driven—and we’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our pet parents and pups see when they walk through the door!
Shift Hiring for - 6:45am to 1 pm
Saturday - 9:45am to 5 pm
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves managing the front desk, checking dogs in/out, communicating with pet parents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall operations of the daycare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Check pets in and out using daycare management software
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments
- Maintain accurate pet records and client notes
- Handle retail sales and point-of-sale transactions
- Communicate any pet-related concerns to the appropriate team members
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, and pet-friendly
- Support the daycare team as needed with light duties
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience (pet care preferred)
- Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and use scheduling or POS software
- Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
