Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and service a personal lines book of business including home, auto, and umbrella policies
• Conduct annual account reviews and recommend coverage improvements
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and concerns
• Provide insurance quotes and suggest appropriate coverage options
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system

Qualifications And Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Active Property and Casualty License required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with agency management systems preferred
