Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with families, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver therapy across home, school, and community settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (independent practice)
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage caseload independently
- Active North Carolina SLP License (Required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) - ASHA
- Flexible schedule (typically between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Starts as part-time, transitions to full-time within ~2 months
- Typical caseload: up to 6-8 patients per day (30-minute sessions)
