Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a busy, established pediatric dental practice in Murfreesboro, TN. The practice offers an experienced team, established patient base, strong clinical support, and a modern, fully digital clinical environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, hygiene checks, restorative treatment, sedation, and general anesthesia.
- Typically see approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day workweek, supported by an experienced clinical team.
- Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, and the dental team.
- Work with full clinical autonomy, with mentorship available from an experienced team.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Tennessee license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
- Board eligible/certified preferred
- Comfortable with or willing to train in sedation and general anesthesia
- New graduates are welcome and will receive strong mentorship
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Kind, positive, team-oriented, and comfortable working with children and parents
- Transition to approximately 35-36% of net collections

Salary : $200,000 - $350,000
