We are a reputable and longstanding workers' compensation law firm known for its diligent and zealous representation of injured workers. We are seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with California's workers' compensation system. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of WC case law and excellent writing skills.

Job Duties

  • Open new case files
  • Identify and designate treating MPN physicians
  • Prepare summaries for medical reports and subpoenaed records
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits
  • Provide clients with case status updates
  • Draft memos, advocacy letters, and pre-trial conference statements
  • Provide clerical support as needed

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience working in workers' compensation
  • Understanding of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • Salary to commensurate with experience.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
