Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support overnight accessioning staff
- Oversee specimen receiving, accessioning, labeling, and routing
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, and lab SOPs
- 3-4 years of accessioning experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in accessioning or lab operations
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Ability to manage teams of 15-20 staff
- Must be able to work overnight shifts and rotating Saturdays
