Work Schedule
- Hybrid Position
- 1 day remote
- 3-4 days in-office in Plantation, FL
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate clients and families on therapeutic interventions and coping strategies.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
- Active Florida Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Salary : $77,000 - $90,000
