- Handle novel and complex real estate litigation matters.
- Handle title litigation matters.
- Handle trust and estates litigation matters.
- Handle eminent domain litigation matters.
- Handle business disputes.
- Work on matters involving real estate transactions and land use.
- Handle matters in or involving Northern Virginia courts.
- Real estate litigation
- Title litigation
- Trust and estates litigation
- Eminent domain litigation
- Business disputes
- Experience in real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, or business disputes is preferred.
- Experience with real estate transactions and land use matters is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Northern Virginia courts is beneficial.
- Base Salary: commensurate with experience
