Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 40 hours/week

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a growing outpatient behavioral health practice. The therapist will provide individual therapy to adult clients and work collaboratively with psychiatric providers to support coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities Include
Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults.
Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based care for mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and other behavioral health conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in an EHR.
Collaborate and communicate with psychiatric and medical providers.
Participate in coordinated care and case consultation when appropriate.
Maintain a manageable caseload while working approximately 40 hours per week.
Support a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered environment.
Education, Licensure, And Experience
Active, independent Illinois license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or similar qualified license.
Experience Providing Outpatient Individual Therapy Is Preferred.
Experience working with adults is preferred; adolescent experience is a plus.
Familiarity with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and other behavioral health conditions.
Comfortable collaborating with medical and psychiatric providers.
Ability to document effectively in an electronic health record.
New graduates may be considered.
Flexible scheduling may be available based on practice needs and caseload.
Some evening or Saturday availability may be accommodated when mutually agreed upon.
No required on-call schedule.
No shift differential.
