Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IVF Clinical Coordinator with prior reproductive medicine/IVF coordination experience to join a fast-paced fertility care team. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, physicians, and the clinical staff, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the IVF treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility treatment
- Guide patients through each stage of the IVF process with clear communication and support
- Manage a monthly caseload of approximately 10-15 active IVF patients
- Schedule consultations, lab work, ultrasounds, and procedures
- Develop and maintain detailed patient treatment calendars
- Educate patients on fertility medications, protocols, and self-injection techniques
- Prepare and manage patient consents and clinical documentation
- Coordinate external testing and third-party services
- Assist physicians with chart review and clinical documentation
- Support prescription processing and prior authorizations
- Assist in clinical procedures including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies, and related treatments
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in rotating on-call and weekend coverage
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant (MA), LVN, or higher program
- Active state license (as applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of IVF coordination experience
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations
