Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hearing Aid Specialist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our locally owned and operated clinic in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered hearing care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments.
  • Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, dispense, and service hearing aids tailored to individual patient needs
  • Perform follow-up visits to monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Educate patients on hearing loss, hearing aids, and proper device care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

  • Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist credentials
  • Current Cincinnati state licensure and/or certification
  • ASHA, ABA, or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • Prior clinical or healthcare experience preferred

Benefits

  • All standard benefits are covered.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
